ZUSTRIA · LEGAL
Privacy Policy
This Policy explains how Zustria processes personal data and how to exercise your rights under the GDPR.
1. Data controller
The controller is Orest Klymko, operator of Zustria. Send access, deletion, correction, portability, restriction or objection requests to orest.klymko2020@gmail.com.
2. Data we process
Profile data includes name, age/date of birth, city, email, phone, languages, interests and preferences. Usage data includes sessions, events, choices, matches, messages, meeting proposals, blocks and reports. Technical data includes IP, security logs, session cookies and browser error/device information.
3. Purposes and lawful bases
Contract covers account creation, authentication, matching and match communication. Legitimate interests cover security, fraud prevention, diagnostics and legal defence. Legal obligations apply to valid authority requests. Consent applies only where separately requested.
4. Automated matching
Matching uses availability, dating direction, shared language, blocks and permanent skips. Three unique reports automatically suspend a profile for safety. You may request human review by email.
5. Video calls
Self-hosted LiveKit transmits audio and video in real time; Zustria does not record calls. Other participants see and hear you. Zustria cannot control independent recording or screenshots on another device, which the Terms prohibit without consent.
6. Recipients and transfers
Access is limited to authorised administrators and necessary providers, including hosting and Resend for service email. Zustria does not sell data. Transfers outside the EEA use GDPR safeguards such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.
7. Retention
Profiles remain until account deletion or while required to provide the service. Deletion removes direct email and phone identifiers, anonymises the profile and closes sessions. Minimal safety, dispute and legal records remain only while required for those purposes.
8. Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, object to legitimate-interest processing and withdraw consent. After identity verification, Zustria responds without undue delay and generally within one month.
9. Complaints and security
You may complain to the Slovak Data Protection Office or another competent EU authority. Report incidents and send all data requests to orest.klymko2020@gmail.com. Zustria uses HTTPS, access controls, secure cookies and an isolated database, but no service can promise absolute security.
10. Cookies and changes
Zustria uses a necessary session cookie and localStorage for language and a technical profile identifier. No advertising cookies are currently used. Material Policy changes will be announced in the service or by email.
