Terms and Conditions
These Terms govern access to Zustria’s audio-first dating service with optional video. By registering, you confirm that you are at least 18 and accept these Terms.
1. Operator
Zustria is operated by Orest Klymko. Send questions and formal notices to orest.klymko2020@gmail.com.
2. Account eligibility
Provide accurate information, use only your own account and keep access secure. Individual events may apply narrower age eligibility.
3. How matching works
Every conversation is a private 90-second call, and camera is on or off by choice the whole time. In the last 45 seconds, each person privately decides whether they want to match and can change that decision until the call ends. Chat unlocks the moment you both say yes. Matching considers availability, language, preferences, blocks and permanent skips but does not guarantee compatibility.
4. Conduct
Harassment, threats, discrimination, fraud, impersonation, spam, unlawful conduct and non-consensual sexual content are prohibited. Do not record calls, capture screenshots or disclose personal information without every person’s clear consent.
5. Safety and moderation
You may leave, report or block another participant. Three unique reports automatically block a profile pending review. Zustria may restrict access, preserve necessary evidence or contact authorities. An automatic block is not a final finding of misconduct.
6. Calls and offline meetings
Zustria does not record audio or video calls. Video is technically unavailable until both people consent, but Zustria cannot control another participant’s device. Offline meetings are voluntary; use a public place and tell someone you trust.
7. Availability
This MVP may contain errors, and events may change or be cancelled for technical or safety reasons. Zustria does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
8. Responsibility
Zustria provides the technical platform and cannot verify every participant statement. To the extent permitted by law, Zustria is not responsible for other users’ conduct or voluntary offline interactions. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
9. Termination
You may delete your account in the dashboard. Zustria may suspend access for rule violations, safety threats or lawful requests.
10. Law and updates
Slovak law applies, subject to mandatory consumer protections. Competent Slovak courts resolve disputes. Material changes will be announced in the service or by email. Contact: orest.klymko2020@gmail.com.
